Eligibility

• Full time non-union associates working an average of 30 or more hours a week are eligible for benefits. Benefits begin on the 1st of the month following 90 days of service. You can enroll your eligible dependents as well.

Medical Plans

• We know that benefits are important to you and your family, and are part of the total Team Member package. Mona Lisa Suite Hotel offers medical plan options for our team members. Our team members are able to make the right choice for themselves and their families. All of our plans offer similar services including doctor’s office visits, hospital care, maternity care, wellness care and prescription coverage. The plans differ in the amount you pay each pay period for coverage, and the amount you pay when you receive care.

Life Insurance

• Mona Lisa Suite Hotel provides life insurance at no cost for our associates, with the policy varying based on position.

Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D)

• AD&D is also a no cost benefit, provided by Mona Lisa Suite Hotel. Team members also have the option to purchase additional AD&D coverage.

Short Term Disability/Long Term Disability

• Mona Lisa Suite Hotel provides both Short Term and Long Term Disability for our team members. The coverage levels vary based on the position.

Vacation

• We recognize that our team members have a need for time away from work, and offer a substantial vacation package. Paid time off is based on a team members length of employment.
